Stick Length & Cutting Rules

ON SKATES SIZING

With skates on and stick standing straight up, the top of the handle should rest between your chin and lower lip.

IN SHOES SIZING

Without skates (in regular shoes), the butt end should reach your tip of nose.

CUTTING IMPACTS FLEX

Cutting a stick shorter increases stiffness by approximately +3 to +5 flex for every 2 inches removed.
