Welcome to Fischer Hockey. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.

2. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We make every effort to display the colors, specifications (flex, curve, weight, finish), and images of our hockey equipment accurately. All prices are listed in USD as indicated and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address provided at the time the order was placed.

4. Warranty & Return Policy

All composite hockey stick purchases are governed by the terms set forth in our Warranty & Return Policy. Fischer provides a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects and on-ice breakage under normal gameplay conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hockey is an inherently physical contact sport. Fischer Hockey and its affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct/indirect damages arising from the use of any products purchased from this site beyond the replacement value of the product as outlined in our warranty.

6. Governing Law & Contact
