Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been packaged and handed over to the USPS, UPS, or Canada Post, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your direct tracking number. You can also view real-time delivery status via your Customer Account.
Damaged Shipments
If your stick arrives visibly crushed or compromised by the courier, please take photos immediately before opening and contact us at support@fischerhockey.net. We will discuss further actions to remedy the situation.
