Warranty Policy

30-DAY LIMITED NORTH AMERICAN WARRANTY ON COMPOSITE STICKS.

We understand that things can happen to a hockey stick in the case of normal everyday play.  This is why every FISCHER Hockey stick comes with a 30-Day Limited Warranty on all of our Composite Player sticks.

Fischer Hockey of the Rockies will provide a one-time replacement only of your Composite Player stick, IF BROKEN DUE TO A MANUFACTURING DEFECT “within 30 days from the date of purchase.” Make sure you have the following information before contacting Fischer Hockey of the Rockies with your Warranty Claim:

An original dated receipt from Fischer Hockey of the Rockies, along with the SQR serial number sticker affixed to the original receipt is required. Please keep a photocopy of your receipt for your records.

ALL RETURNS WITHOUT THE REQUIRED INFORMATION WILL BE DENIED.

You will receive an email from our Warranty Department with an RA # and further instructions on how to submit your warranty claim.

Professional, Junior and College team sales are excluded from this warranty.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Fischer Hockey of the Rockies for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Item must be in new, unused condition with all packaging, serial number tags and product information intact.  Please email your information, including your Order # and reason for return to info@fischerhockey.net.  We will issue you a Return Authorization # that must be included with your return. Return shipping cost is the customers responsibility via a traceable method, and item must be returned in original packaging or equivalent to ensure the item is returned is the same condition as it was received.  Any questions please email at info@fischerhockey.net or call us at 970.471.5582.
